Measured against thousands of hospices nation-wide the HealthcareFirst/Deyta Hospice Honors program bases their awards on many of the same things we as consumers of healthcare look for – what has been the experience of those who have actually used this hospice’s services in the past?

Where did the results come from?

Based on the results of family satisfaction surveys from 2016-2017, we were honored that so many have trusted us with the care of their loved one and were willing to share that experience with others.

Individual hospice performance scores were aggregated from all surveys with a final survey status of complete for the evaluation period and were compared on a question-by-question basis to a national performance score calculated from all partnering hospices contained in HEALTHCAREfirst‘s Hospice CAHPS database.
