Founded by local citizens with many years of experience in Healthcare and Hospice, we are Southeast Texans caring for Southeast Texans - your care decisions are made between you and our local (board-certified in hospice and palliative care) doctor. Your donations remain local as well - care without compromise.

Nationally Accredited

Nationally accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), we have shown that we meet and exceed the usual standards set for hospice care in Texas.

Non-Profit

In reaching for our goals to become the recognized area leader in hospice care and bereaveent support, we became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit hospice in October of 2007 and joined the Texas Non-Profit Hospice Alliance, an alliance of the largest and oldest nonprofit hospices across Texas.

As the area’s only locally owned, nationally accredited nonprofit hospice, we’re committed to developing a center for excellence in hospice care and community-wide grief and bereavement services. Our non-profit status allows us to devote an increased effort to providing exceptional care of the terminally ill and their families regardless of their ability to pay.
