Health, Dental & Vision Insurance

Health insurance through United Healthcare is paid for 100% by Compassion for the employee  after the initial 90 day probationary period; add-ons for family and spouses are available. Dental insurance, AFLAC disability and other insurance are also available to full-time employees.

Paid Time Off

PTO is provided at what equates to 15 days per year worked to full employees for vacation, holiday, sick, and bereavement leave after the initial 90 day probationary period. This benefit increases to 20 days per year after 5 years of employment.

All full-time employees may participate in our 401k retirement program after one year of employment.
